Is It Worth Buying Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition?


So is it worth buying Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition? im kind of a big fan of cod and the prestige edition looks pretty cool. but what should i buy the prestige edition, hardened edition or just the game?

    I believe you should honestly just pre-order the game. You won’t need the night vision goggles (they probably are fake anyways) and the extra books on the game e.t.c you’ll probably read them once, and put them away and play the game. I recommend just buying the game on its own. Better for you and it saves you money.

    firstly, you probably wont use nightvision goggles. secondly, they see 50 ft (16.5m roughly) in total darkness which isn’t that far. also if you look at a bright light-source you will probably go blind. any other questions?
    now the harden edition. 1st: will you ever actually look at the artwork in the little book more than once? wont you be too busy playing the awesome game? 2nd: who the hell looks at the box? seriously, just open the damn thing and “kill some nazi’s” – ign.com. and 3rd: why would you play the original COD when you have the awesome COD: MW2 to play?
    now, i think the only reason to get the harden or prestige edition is to help out infinity ward for doing such a great job on COD4: MW!
    so don’t buy the prestige or harden editions, just give them a donation.

    well think about it. It’s all gimmick for extra money. Are you SERIOUSLY going to consistently use night vision goggles? I mean odds are, you’ll just have it for display on the display head they include. Eventually it’ll just be a collector’s item you’ll forget about.
    If you’re a hardcore insane ultimate “OMG OMG!!!” call of duty fan, then sure, get it. Otherwise, go with the hardened or normal editions.

    Well this is upto you i personally buy collectors edition of games. I have the legendary halo (the one with master chiefs helmet) the lunchbox edition of fallout 3. obviously i dont use the lunchbox or the helmet but i still have them. so what im trying to say is DO YOU want those goggles and soap head. i personally cant afford it but if ebay or my local shop have a pre owned copy this will take pride of place in my game room
